The Priceless Gown Project is a 100% volunteer effort and our Boutique would not exist without hundreds of volunteers who dedicate their time to this project.  We look forward to working with another fabulous team in 2010! Please complete the form below if you are interested in volunteering at The Priceless Gown Project 2010 Boutique.

Volunteers are needed on Friday evening, March 5 (set-up) and Saturday, March 6 (Boutique Day).  The Friday shift is 6pm to 8pm.  The Saturday shifts are from 8am to 12pm and 11am to 3pm. 

Volunteers must be over 18 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian.  Some volunteer duties have minimum age requirements .

Once you have completed the form, click Sign up to volunteer! and you will receive an email by February 22nd with your volunteer assignment and logistics info.  New volunteers assigned to be personal shoppers may have to attend a training session in advance .

Volunteer Duties
Note:  your preferences will be considered but assignments must be made based o n Boutique needs/requirements; please consider any physical or schedule limitations when listing your volunteer choice(s).

Friday evening set-up (unloading dress inventory, hanging dresses, organizing B outique space)
Saturday morning check in or check out (greeting shoppers, assigning shopping number, distributing/collecting Boutique paperwork, bagging dresses, etc.); must be 18+ years old
Saturday morning dressing room / inventory assistants (hanging and re-racking dresses)
Saturday morning personal shoppers (assisting shoppers with gown selection and fitting); must be 21+ years old
Saturday morning security (assist with crowd/noise control); must be 21+ years old
Saturday morning jack-of-all-trades (assisting with any/all duties as needed)
Saturday afternoon check in or check out (greeting shoppers, assigning shopping number, distributing/collecting Boutique paperwork, bagging dresses, etc.); must be 18+ years old
Saturday afternoon dressing room / inventory assistants (hanging and re-racking dresses)
Saturday afternoon personal shoppers (assisting shoppers with gown selection and fitting); must be 21+ years old
